Floor is Lava

The ground beneath you turns to magma after 2 seconds and lava after 2 more. Water is excluded; jumping only affects ground 1–2 blocks beneath you.

Damage Clears Inventory

One hit and everything's gone. Guard your items with your life!

Advancement = Damage

Every announced advancement except recipes costs 1 heart. Think twice before that next achievement.

Damage Teleport

Damage teleports you after a short delay to a safe random location. In the End, you stay on the main island; elsewhere, the default distance is 50 to 800 blocks.

Running = Damage

After a 45-second grace period, every fifth block you travel deals one health point of damage.

Permanent Item

No dropping or loot chests. Once it is yours, it stays with you.

Hotbar Only

You have nine hotbar slots. Your off-hand and armor slots remain usable.

No Armor

You cannot wear armor. Use a shield and cover to protect yourself.

No Crafting

The crafting table is almost off-limits. Only blaze powder and eyes of ender remain craftable; find or take everything else.
