We want young players to enjoy Sparkane in a respectful and fair environment. Our rules apply across the Minecraft network, Discord and connected community services.

• We do not allow harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying or the sharing of private information.
• We do not allow sexual content, sexual advances, other inappropriate content, scams, impersonation or cheating.
• We review reports using the published rules and the context of each incident.
• We may take immediate protective action when a situation could put a player or the community at risk.
• We do not punish honest reports, even when the available information does not confirm a violation.

Our shared community rules explain the basic standards for everyone. Separate pages cover Minecraft and Discord in more detail.

Email is the best way to report a safety concern. You can contact us on Discord instead. A report should include only the information we need to understand the incident:

• the Minecraft or Discord name of the player involved
• the approximate date and time
• whether the incident happened in Minecraft, on Discord or elsewhere on Sparkane
• a short description of what happened

Send screenshots or other evidence privately to our team. Do not post them publicly and do not collect unnecessary personal information about other players.

Our team reviews the information and decides what action is needed under the rules and the circumstances. To protect everyone involved, we may not be able to share details about a moderation decision.

Honest mistakes and good-faith reports are not punished. Deliberately fabricated evidence and knowingly false accusations are not allowed.

We process account, website and gameplay data to operate Sparkane, prevent abuse and understand how the service is used. Our Privacy Policy explains which data we use, why we use it and how long we keep it.

When you pay, we do not receive full card details. Payment information is processed by our payment provider.

Discord is an optional service from a separate provider. Its own terms and privacy rules apply when someone uses it.

Sparkane can be played for free. The shop offers optional ranks and cosmetic chat tags. Purchases are one-time payments with no subscription. Before paying, select the Minecraft account that should receive the purchase. Use your own email address as the buyer. The beneficiary Minecraft player may be your child. Ranks apply for the duration of network operation.

In My purchases, you can sign in with your buyer email address to review your orders and contract documents.

You may see "Stripe" or "Arens & Gerstner GbR" on your bank or PayPal statement.
