Your right of withdrawal

You can generally withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. See the withdrawal policy for when the period begins and any applicable exceptions.

If your withdrawal is valid, we reverse the affected purchase: you receive the refund owed, and the benefits acquired through that purchase are removed. A rank bought independently before it remains in place. Submitting this form does not trigger an automatic refund or account suspension.
