How does the shop work?

We use your Minecraft username to find your account. Works for both Java and Bedrock!

3. Play instantly
Your purchase is activated automatically after payment is confirmed. You don't even need to be online!
Can I extend my servers?
Yes! When you purchase a rank, all servers you created before will be extended as if you already had the rank when you created them. The new lifetime calculated from creation must still end in the future. For expired servers, this is only possible while they are still visible in the lobby menu and deletion has not started.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund?
Immediate activation does not automatically exclude your statutory withdrawal right. You can submit a withdrawal using the online form or by email. We acknowledge receipt and review any refund manually.
Can I upgrade my rank?
Yes! If you already have a rank, the price is automatically credited when purchasing a higher rank.
Does this work for Bedrock?
Yes! Our shop supports both Java and Bedrock Edition. Your purchase applies to the chosen edition.
Can I recover an expired server?
A rank can only extend an expired server if its new lifetime calculated from creation still ends in the future, it is still visible in the lobby menu, and deletion has not started. Return to the lobby after activation and start the server again. This does not guarantee recovery.
